On behalf of the Evergreen Association of American Baptist Churches, we are pleased to extend a heartfelt invitation to the 2026 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Worship Service.

This promises to be an inspiring and memorable service, with participation from both clergy and lay leaders from all backgrounds. Rev. Dr. Victoria Carr-Ware will deliver the message, and the All Evergreen Choir, under the direction of Min. Zhane Perez will lead us in worship through song.

If you’re unable to attend in person, the service will be livestreamed on the New Beginnings website, so you can participate online from wherever you are.

They are also excited to invite singers from across Western Washington to join the All Evergreen Choir, which brings together voices from all walks of life in a powerful expression of unity. This year, the choir will lead us in singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” “We Shall Overcome,” and several other songs that reflect the spirit of Dr. King’s legacy.

There will be two rehearsals before the service at New Beginnings:

• Wednesday, January 14th at 6:30 PM
• Saturday, January 17th at 11:00 AM
