Learning

Good Shepherd Baptist Church offers learning opportunities to all ages.

Sundays

  • During the School Year (September through June) we hold three classes each Sunday morning at 9:30 am:
    • K-4, led by Lannon Thomas
    • Middle & High School  (aka Youth), coordinated by Lannon Thomas
    • Adults, coordinated by Lynn Melby
  • In the Summer we hold two classes each Sunday morning at 9:30 am:
    • Older children & youth, led by Lannon Thomas
    • Adults, coordinated and led by Lynn Melby

Wednesdays

Each Wednesday at 6:30 pm (except 2nd Wednesday), we offer Soup, Salad and Soul.  This evening event offers:

  • A light meal
  • Fellowship and Prayer time
  • Biblical-based study around a particular theme

The current study is on the book of Ecclesiastes.

Women’s Bible Study

Grace Weavers, our women’s bible study group, meets one Monday a month, September through July.  Recent studies have been based upon Upper Room Ministries’ excellent Weavings journal.
