Friday, March 27 - Construction officially begins on
Shepherd's Garden
Sunday, March 29 - Last day to use the parking lot to the south of our building. The east lot will be restriped to accommodate more vehicles and we will put our "overflow" parking plan into use (see below). Monday, March 30 - Construction fence erected around GSSH property line. Tuesday, March 31 - Friday, April 4 -- Removal of trees and demolition of "Pink House." Removal of debris. Installation of site erosion control and silt fencing. Tuesday, April 7, 4:00 p.m. - Official "golden shovel" groundbreaking ceremony. Click Here to see pictures of all phases of construction.

ONSTRUCTION
DURATION PARKING:Sunday Morning -- We have permission to use the business lot of Purcell & Adams, PLLC, at 7127 196th St SW, just down the hill to the west of GSBC. This property is west of the Copper Ridge Condominiums and the new Edmonds Community College student housing, approximately 800 feet from GSBC. Park in marked spaces in the southeast corner of the property, in front of the law offices of Purcell and Adams. Thanks to Doug Purcell, who is on the Board of GSSH. Weekday Evenings & Sunday Mornings -- We also have permission to park in the lot of the business center across 196th St SW from GSBC (Dry Cleaners, Carpet Store, Judo Studio). Please park in the north- facing spots (nearest the street) ONLY. On Sunday mornings, please give parking priority in the GSBC lot to families with small children and elderly folks for whom the walk would be a hardship. Also, please remember to leave signed spaces for our guests. If you are parking across the street, PLEASE
cross at the crosswalk and with the light. Your safety is important to all
of us!
