As previously reported, the restripe of our East Parking Lot has been completed. The west side of the lot has been restriped with some spaces nearest 196th St. sized and marked for compact cars. The east side of the lot (nearest our building) has been striped for PARALLEL PARKING including a handicapped spot nearest the door. Please use these spaces according to their markings.

With the restriping, we may not have enough marked spaces for everyone. Please plan to come a little earlier than usual so that you can park in one of our overflow lots, if you are able. Please give priority in the East Lot to those with mobility problems, families with small children and guests.

OVERFLOW PARKING:

Sunday Morning -- We have permission to use the business lot of Purcell & Adams, PLLC, at 7127 196th St SW, just down the hill to the west of GSBC. This property is west of the Copper Ridge Condominiums and the new Edmonds Community College student housing, approximately 800 feet from GSBC. Park in marked spaces in the southeast corner of the property, in front of the law offices of Purcell and Adams. Thanks to Doug Purcell, who is on the Board of GSSH.

Weekday Evenings & Sunday Mornings -- We also have permission to park in the lot of the business center across 196th St SW from GSBC (Dry Cleaners, Carpet Store, Judo Studio). Please park in the north- facing spots (nearest the street) ONLY.

If you are parking across the street, PLEASE cross at the crosswalk and with the light. Your safety is important to all of us!
